Planning
Planning your wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
It’s a big moment, and we want you to enjoy the build up to it just as much as the day itself.
We keep everything clear and structured from the start, so you always know where you are with it.
You’ll have three planning appointments with us in the lead up to your day, giving you time to go through everything properly - from the bigger picture down to the finer details.
Alongside this, you’ll have access to our planning hub - a set of tools you can use along the way if you want to.

Night before & the morning of
The start of your day is calm, easy, and yours to enjoy.
From early morning preparations with your closest people to relaxed moments over coffee, pastries and something a little celebratory, everything is set up to feel comfortable and unhurried.
From summer 2026, our night-before suite will be available - giving you the option to settle in, switch off, and wake up right where it all begins.
Ceremony
Every ceremony is different - and it should be.
We’ll run through everything with you in the lead up, and if you want to, we can even mock it through in your final planning so you know exactly how it will feel on the day.
From timings to music, who stands where, and how everything flows - we’ll make sure it’s all clear and taken care of.
On the day itself, we’ll guide it quietly in the background so everything runs as it should, and you can just focus on being in it.
It’s a deeply personal moment - and without doubt the most special part of the day.
Photos
We love seeing the photos from your day - the in-betweens, the moments you didn’t even realise were being captured.
The memories you’ll look back on properly, long after it’s all over.
From the greenhouse to the park, the bandstand and everything in between - there’s no shortage of places to make the most of them.
Whether it’s something relaxed and natural or a bit more styled, you’ve got space to move, explore, and take your time with it.
We’ll help guide timings so you’re not pulled away for too long - but still come away with everything you want.
It all fits into the day naturally - and you’ll barely notice it happening.
Wedding Breakfast
Food is a big part of the day - and it should feel right for you.
We offer a wide range of options, from more traditional wedding breakfasts to something a bit more relaxed or tailored around how you want the day to feel.
It’s not one set way of doing things - we’ll work with you to shape it so it fits naturally into your plans.
Whether that’s something classic, something more informal, or a mix of both, it’s all about what suits you and your guests best.

Whether they’re before or after the wedding breakfast, they always bring a bit of everything - the stories, the laughs, and usually a few surprises along the way.
It’s where you get to hear things you didn’t expect, see a different side of people, and properly take it all in.
We’ll make sure everything’s set up and ready to go so it runs smoothly - you just sit back and enjoy it.

Evening Reception
The evening is where everything loosens up a bit.
More guests arrive, the music’s on, drinks are flowing, and the whole place just shifts into a different feel.
Whether you keep it simple or go all out, it’s your time to enjoy it properly with everyone around you.
We’ll keep everything ticking in the background so it all runs smoothly - you just get stuck into it.
This is where the stories start… and usually where the dancefloor fills up.
Evening Food
The evening buffet is there when it’s needed most.
We offer a range of options, from lighter bites to more substantial choices - depending on how you want the evening to feel.
It’s designed to keep everyone going without interrupting the flow of the night.
We’ve also got a new outdoor terrace pizza oven on the way for summer.

Party!
This is where everything lets go.
Whether it’s a classic DJ, a band, singers or sax - we love a Carr Bank party.
With the formalities out the way and late bar options in full swing, this is your time to properly celebrate it all.
Full dancefloors, dad dancing, and ties definitely not making it to the end of the night.
From the first moments of the morning through to this point, the whole day has been building to this - a full room, the right energy, and everyone you care about in one place.
And when it finally comes to an end, it’s the kind of day that stays with you long after.
Accommodation
Just like the venue, the bedrooms are also newly renovated. Overlooking the park, we proudly offer seven luxurious and spacious rooms, extended from the original four, to ensure a comfortable and restful stay.
Each room is thoughtfully designed and equipped with modern amenities, including smart TVs, coffee machines, rain showers, and backlit panelled headboards.
Whether you're the happy couple or a guest, our accommodations provide the perfect blend of comfort and elegance, ensuring you end your special day with a peaceful night's sleep.
